The latest burger joint to open in Sydney, the Meat District Co at King Street Wharf has an impressive line up of burgers served with a 1/2 lb of ground beef (hormone, steroid and antibiotic free) with 5 different beef burgers to choose from - the American Old Faithul burger, the simple but delicious cheese burger with the added bonus of a slice of bacon (pictured to the right), the truffle burger, the brie burger and the Surf and Turf burger with the meat pattie with chilli crab and shrimp.
Meat District Co also has a Chicken Burger, Vegetarian Burger, Spider Crab Burger with soft shell crab, Salmon Burger or there Sliders Flight which is 3 mini burgers - the Old Faithful, Breaded Chicken and Lamb Pull. You get a choice of sides to come along with your massive burgers - fries, onion rings or garden salad.
They also serve up other delicious meat like their twice cooked ribs or a great range of steaks.

Customs House Bar serve one of the best burgers in Sydney, simplicity at it's best, simple but oh so tasty. Customs Houses' burger wins hands down for presentation, served on a wooden platter board with chips served in a metal cage. The CHB Burger is made up to a tasty pasture feed beef patty with just the basics - lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle with some mayonnaise and a dish of tomote sauce to add that extra layer of flavour.
The CHB Burger is $19 and comes with a free choice of soft drink.
Customs House Bar is located directly behind the Marriott Sydney Harbour Hotel and just a few minute walk from Circular Quay. They also serve up a Spicy Chicken Burger also for $19. Customs House is one of Sydney's oldest pubs, serving up great beer since 1856. Check out Customs House website.
The Hilton Hotel also serves up a Wagyu Beef burger which was first introduced in the hotel by Luke Mangan at his restaurant on the 2nd floor called Glass Brasserie.
